This is a 3 speed 24" fan with jet nozzles on the front grid through which water is sprayed, 70 times smaller than a human hair. Thus the drops can travel up to 40m releasing their cooling effect only when touching skin. The system can be extended to two more rotors connected to the same machine, also you can connect the system to an external water line, making refilling the water tank unnecessary.
