PRICES - PROPS

After almost 15 years with the same price structure for props, article numbers starting with „200“, the time has come to renew the concept and create another pricing model.
This new concept not only requires a change in values, but also an internal restructuring in terms of IT, management processes, as well as reorganization of the warehouse.
We began this process in 2023 and hope to finish in mid-2025.
We implemented three new rules at the beginning of 2024.
- Collection and return days are now charged as full days, each
- There are no longer rentals available on weekends and holidays. We now only accept returns, paying the usual fee of €30 + VAT for over-time service
- On the other hand, we no longer charge for weekends and holidays - these days are free
In this sequence, from October 7, 2024, Slow Mood will have different values for each prop!
New discounts for props, starting from October 14th, 2024
Props, items with article numbers starting with „200“, now have the following discounts:
Day 1 to 3 without discount
- 4th to 10th day: +10%/ day, from the sum of the first 3 days
- 11th-20th day: +5%/ day, from the sum of the first 3 days
- 5th week+: individual price
Example: Price of €1.80/ day | 3x 1.80 = 5,40 €
10% = €0.54/ day
5% = €0.27/ day
Our technical production equipment, according to our experience, is used more frequently, which is why it has its own price which appears next to the article in our catalogue, as well as on the props.
For the production material, only the days of shooting, photography or the event are billed.
DISCOUNTS
When you make an online reservation, in the shopping cart menu the system automatically calculates the correct discount for your rental.
There is a standard discount system that is based on a certain accumulated value, as well as the total rental time per item.
These two types of discounts are cumulative!
We have the following discounts:
Value discounts
a) For rentals from €500.00 net, 15% discount
b) For rentals from €1,000.00 net, 20% discount
c) For a rental from €2,000.00 net, 30% discount
Time discounts
a) From 5-9 consecutive rental days per item, 10% discount
b) From 10 days onwards, 20% discount
The "time discount" is applied per item. For example, if you rent 3 props for 3 days and another for 6 days, you will only receive this discount for the 6-day prop.

All of our items, whether props or production materials, have net daily values. The VAT rate in force by law is also added to the net value. This tax does not apply to companies with headquarters outside Portugal with a valid inter-community taxpayer number.
