I want to rent articles at Slow Mood, how does it work?
It is very simple. You look around, here on our site, and/ or come directly over to us at the studio.Once we have verified that the required items are available, these can be picked up or taken away immediately. |

Are the products packed?
Yes - it's part of our philosophy that the collection of goods will be packed by us, against transport damage. For return, you can simply reuse the package for a proper transport and protection of the goods. |

Do I have to pick up and bring back the articles myself?
Yes - you have to worry about it yourself. We will be happy to provide you with reliable handling companies. |

When can I pick up the ordered goods?
A pickup is possible at any time, we are available for you, 24/ 7. |

Do I need insurance for the borrowing?
Yes - the goods must always be insurred by the borrower, or invoice recipient. |

An article was damaged during transport/ production, do I bear the damage?
The best way is to inform us immediately. First of all, we want to ensure that your production can continue and will make an effort to find a suitable replacement, if necessary! For damage the insurance requirement will take effect, but maybe we can repair the article against an allowance. |

Can I also purchase the article?
Yes - basically individual items can also be purchased or will be charged against the rental. Please ask us directly if you are interested in a specific article. |

Why are there only seven price categories and a uniform discount system at Slow Mood?
We want to make your work easily as possible. With our seven prizes you quickly keep an eye on your production costs. You shall not have to do a lot of math to meet your budget limit. |

Are the prices net or gross?
Our prices are always given net, plus statutory VAT. |

Why can I strictly not borrow some articles?
It is mostly a matter of loose items, cut goods or small decoration. A perfect, unused return must therefore be excluded. |

The borrowing is possible only after prepayment. Cash or by bank transfer. The payment receipt is acknowledged by us in writing. |
